Coverage, delivery and paperwork
If your question isn't here, call us and describe what you're dealing with. We're happy to help you figure it out.
Ask us anything →Does Medicare cover home medical equipment?+
Yes. Medicare Part B covers durable medical equipment including power wheelchairs, hospital beds, rollator walkers, patient lifts and lift chairs when prescribed by a doctor. Medicare pays 80% of the approved amount and you pay the remaining 20%. We handle all the paperwork and bill Medicare directly on your behalf.
How fast do you deliver in Illinois?+
We offer same-day and next-day delivery throughout Illinois including Downers Grove, Naperville, Oak Brook, Bolingbrook and surrounding DuPage County areas. Call us and we'll confirm delivery availability for your location.
How does the insurance process work?+
You call us with your insurance information and we verify your benefits right away. We coordinate with your doctor for any prescriptions or prior authorizations needed and bill your insurance directly. Most patients don't have to deal with any paperwork at all.
Should I rent or buy?+
It depends on how long you need it. If you're recovering from surgery and need a hospital bed or wheelchair for a few weeks, renting makes more sense. If it's a long-term need like a lift chair or power wheelchair, buying is usually the better value. We'll give you an honest recommendation based on your situation.
What areas do you serve?+
We are based in Downers Grove, IL and deliver throughout Illinois. Our main service areas include DuPage County, Cook County, Will County and the greater Chicagoland area including Naperville, Bolingbrook, Westmont, Lombard, Oak Park, Aurora and surrounding communities.
